How to Enroll
An applicant must appear in person or register on line and pay the registration fee of $ 100.
Enrollment forms will be kept on file for 30 days for those who do not attend the class and the refund policy will be applied exactly as stated.
Entrance Requirements:
To be admitted to the Program, the prospective student must provide evidence the he/she meets the following entrance requirements prior to the start of training.
- Provide the original High school diploma or GED. The school will make a copy and file in the students folder. Alternately, an official transcript from the high school or GED office is acceptable.
If the applicant does not have or cannot provide the above documentation, he/she must achieve minimum passing scores on the following two sections of the Wonderlic Basic Skills Test: Verbal = 200 and Quantitative = 120
- Be at least 18 years old; confirmed by Federal or State issued ID and the school will keep a copy in the student’s folder
- Have a valid social security card; OR an Alien registration number if foreign student
- Have CPR / First Aide Cards; current within 12 months of start date
- Submit a copy of current physical examination that was performed within 12 months of start date.
- Proof of negative TB – Tuberculosis Test or Chest X-ray; current and within 12 months of start date.
- Hepatitis B series of waiver from health care provider
- Training Time frame terms:
One clock hour = 50 minutes of instruction within a 60-minute period
One class day = 6 hours One class evening =6 hours
One clinical day =6 hours One clinical evening =6 hours
*Lunch/Dinner Period = 30 minutes not included in the above hours
